Our Approach
We provide a stimulating environment and fun experiences that encourage children to become independent, self-confident and enthusiastic learners. Our mission is to provide the children and families at Just for Kids a secure and positive early learning experience that will set children on a path to success in education and well-being.
Our rooms offer your child the environment they need to reach their full potential because we always keep in mind that your child learns and grows in his or her own way. Teachers incorporate the Tennessee Learning Developmental Standards into all rooms and lesson plans to help your child meet important milestones.
Our Philosophy
Just For Kids is a learning-based center specializing in providing fun and creative experiences to all children in our care. We believe in nurturing the whole child: emotionally, cognitively, socially, educationally, and physically. It is our family-oriented philosophy that makes us complete. It is our job to care for them as if they belong to us, hoping that one day they become productive members of society with good values and high self-esteem partly in response to the excellent guidance they have received while in our care. Each child is encouraged to build his or her self-confidence, satisfy natural curiosities, and discover the joy of learning and friendship by developing their own body, mind, and spirit.

CURRICULUM
We use the Creative Curriculum, which helps us achieve our goal of educating the “whole child” by creating a balance between teacher-led and student-selected activities.

EDUCATORS
Our experienced staff are experts in providing nurturing care that helps deliver a positive learning experience. They are also dedicated to their own education and fulfill 24 hours of training each year.

COMMUNICATION
We strive to create a partnership with parents in order to offer the very best in early childhood education. Classrooms are equipped with video monitoring that parents have access to, and parent/teacher conferences occur twice a year.

NUTRITION
We know that nutrition is an important factor in a child’s development, so our USDA approved meals are healthy, balanced, nutritious, and above all, loved by our children!
